I know it's been forever and a day since I last updated this journal, but I'm here now.   School sucked.  I have never had such a demanding quarter and I really hope it's never that demanding again, but I made my grades and kept my scholarship, so my schedule should now be clear for a little artwork.

I have a digital piece I'm working on.  It's been on my computer for two years now, but I have finally buckled down on it.  Still, it's less than halfway done, so don't expect it within the next few weeks.  More like within the next month.

For the moment, I have am doing nothing.  I don't even have any hours at Dairy Queen and I am enjoying it for all its worth so far.  

Anyway, sorry to leave this hanging for so long.  I'm not dead yet!

Clubs:

It would be a little presumptuous to say this quarter has been a success so far, but I am confident that I will earn at least 2 A's, and...hopefully 2 B's.  Psychology is a little more stable now, but TCOM204 is a little up in the air, but I think I can manage a B in that class.

I think I am well on my way to winning back my scholarship.  Hooray!

I am also pleased to be shown continual evidence that the video game industry remains strong despite this economic crisis.  In fact, it will probably grow 20% this year alone after several big games came out.   I feel sorry for anyone else in college who can only look forward to a depressed market, and I wish all of those people good luck on their job search.   Really, good luck!

I am a little more than three weeks away from going back home again and I am so looking forward to it.

Bummer.  Apparently no one got my 5,000 pageview because I have not seen any screenshots.    Oh well, I'll give a feature to anyone who gets the 5,500th pageview screenshot.

As the title suggests, I'm still working at Dairy Queen and because of my work there I have discovered several pet peeves.  One of which I will name. I am hired to serve you food and occasionally clean your eating area, that does not automatically mean you can leave your trash and other crap for me to pick up.  Lucky for all you stupid customers that it was slow, and I was able to actually clean up your stupid mess tonight.  If we had been busy, that would have been another story.

In terms of art, I've got a little bit of everything.  I'm writing, I'm drawing, I'm photographing.  I have a couple of photographs that I got, and I'm sad I was working tonight because the sunset looked absolutely amazing after the storm.    I also have a digital piece I'm working on but, alas, it's quality is only mediocre.  

I can't believe it, only a month and a half or so left of summer.  Then I'm a sophomore.  Officially 1/4 through college.

Ich bin fertig!  Es ist Sommer!  Hurrah!  Ich bin sehr fröh mit der Quartal fertig sein.  Ich war sehr gestresst.  Meine letzte Woche war schlecht.  

Was lerne ich in Salzburg?  Viele Vokabeln.  Die Grammatik is ein bisschen schlecht.

Yes, I have come back from my 2.5 months living in Salzburg.  Living there and then traveling around to Germany and Italy as well was just amazing.  Ausgezeichnet!  Of course, that could be discerned from my pictures, and now they'll start turning back into pictures of the states.  How easy it is to gauge what is happening to me.

Now that I actually have a scanner, you'll probably start seeing more drawings from me. And maybe I'll stop being lazy and finish this one picture I have on my computer.  I have no idea.

Remember: whoever gets my 5000th pageview can get a feature in my journal.  Just show proof and you got it.
